Because I've been there.

It was through yoga, meditation, and finding a spiritual practice that I could integrate into my life that I was able to gradually heal the parts of myself that were keeping me stuck.
These practices allowed me to reconnect with love for myself that directly translated into my ability to show up better for all of my interpersonal relationships, and now, for you.

With over 800 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher Training and over 10 years of personal practice in meditation, I am grateful to have the opportunity to share the skills and wisdom that I have developed from the teachings. Together, we can find an aligned practice that resonates with you. From this place; we can create, we can heal, and we can soul-build.
I currently live in Collingwood, Ontario, where I teach at various local yoga studios. I enjoy sharing my practice and love for yoga, learning, cooking delicious food, and travelling.
I cannot wait to meet you on your mat or in one of the other ways in which I share my practice.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner; we can find a practice that suits your style, and pace. I am trained in Vinyasa, Kundalini, YIN, and Restorative, offering you a practice for any energy level or goals.

You can create real, sustainable change through simple, grounded wellness practices. My work is all about giving you tools you can actually use in your daily life—so you can reconnect with yourself, live with intention, and become the most aligned, empowered version of you.

There are so many different meditation styles out there—from breathwork and visualization to mantra, mindfulness, and movement-based practices. We can help you explore what truly resonates with you. My approach is all about helping you find the technique that supports your nervous system, your lifestyle, and your personal growth, making meditation something that actually works for you.
